Last week, I received the "You make my day" award from Shirley and from Beate. Thank you my friends! There are lots of blogs I would pass this award to, but all of them have already received it at least once!
I've been busy making little houses postcards for a swap.
I first did this one, with a paper-piecing technique. It is based of a drawing of our house made some 18 years ago by our eldest son. I like the postcard, but it really took me too much time to do...
So I opted for a simpler design, and used bonded appliqué. Much quicker! All fabrics are homedyed.
And here is one more postcard that I made this morning for a friend...

Funny..........that 3 picture looks just like the one I got in the mail from a friend!! She does a great job dyeing fabric. It is such a cute card. ;-)
