I then printed some of my fabrics and got a few nice results but that didn't really help.
While looking at my other 12x12 Colourplay quilts, I had another idea and I quickly wrote down everything.
And this is how the studio floor looks tonight...
Tomorrow, I'm going to start sewing.This other project that I have in mind will have to wait...
And this one too...

I love the colours in the last 2 pictures!
I love the last one,the flowers remind me of thistles, and the colors work so well. I have just about finished my 12 piece (this is the 5th one I started), and I'm happy with it.
