I didn't feel it needed free-motion quilting. So, I used the walking foot but didn't mark the quilting lines. I didn't want them to be too straight.

Not keeping the lines straight has certainly worked very well on this piece. I just love your use of colour. Have you any tips on putting colour schemes together?
