There was no time for sewing yesterday. It was election day here, and I had to count the votes... Luckily, I was in a good team. We made no mistake and we were able to go home at a still civilized hour, while other teams had to recount all their ballot papers...So, first thing in the morning, I decided to work on my self-portrait challenge.
I'm pretty happy with the result. And I'm going to try a few variations on the same theme and to keep the same elements: the kanji that means woman, the colour red (for love and life), the colour blue (my favourite one), the kimono, the first part of my name in Japanese, and my picture (after all, it's my self-portrait).
