Here is what I brought back from the Carrefour Européen du Patchwork...
A new silkscreen frame and a squeegee, from Guenther Panenka, the book "Breakdown Printing" by Leslie Morgan and Claire Benn, two Artextures catalogues from France Patchwork, the Morceaux de Temps exhibition catalogue, some Aurifil cotton thread, shell and stone beads from The African Fabric Shop, copper mesh from the Smithfield Gallery, some shisha mirrors, wool fibers for felting, and... I think that's it.
Eventually, I was rather brave: I didn't buy any fabric, and I resisted the lovely Japanese books!...(I must say I already own a few of these...)

Nice shopping! Do you like the Aurifil? I see it every now and then , but I don't know anyone who uses it.
Hello Francoise, the Artexture magazines look really great. Do you think you'll make a fabric fan? I wish I could read French. This looks like a lovely thing to make.

I really enjoyed your blog today and clicking on all those lovely links. Do you know if there is an English version of the patchwork magazine? Pat
