February

Not a lot of bloggable work last month... But I managed to piece together a small "Orient" top. I still have to take a decent photo of it before starting to quilt. I also did some useful sewing: a new shopping bag, two window shades, a small needle book, ...
I spent a lot of time cleaning and reorganizing the studio, and I'm very pleased with the outcome. I gave away or recycled many materials I was not using anymore, and I even got rid of a few books and magazines. (So hard to do!)
I've had a little assistant in the studio a couple of weeks ago. She was sick but she did a very lovely portrait of her granddad. :-)
And this morning, for a change, we're having some snow again...

tu peux toujours venir ici ranger mon atelier, car se séparer de quoi que ce soit relaté à mes petits textiles, c'est trop difficile à faire ;-) - joue bien dans la neige, ici ... rien!

Lovely photos of your work in progress and a splendid portrait.

You know, it's good to sort/clean out a studio to make room for new supplies. It's kind of fun to see what's been stashed away. Getting rid of books can be rather tough though....Enjoy your creative time!
