Summer break

Here are a few pictures of our little break.
I didn't take any picture while sailing this year. It was mostly sunny but rather windy. One day, it was even too windy to sail. We took a nice little walk, and I found lots of wild flowers to photograph. I don't know what's this one, but it's very pretty.
The next one is a kind of thistle. It was very tall.
And the swans had many babies this year. These ones were very enthusiastic about taking their daily bath...

Glad you had a nice sailing vacation, even tho, a bit windy. The wildflowers are always pretty and colorful. Your "Passions" quilt looks just as it is described in color. You always do such a great job!

I don't know the name of the top one either, but we used to play shooting each other with these when we were young, by cutting the long stalk at the bottom and wrapping it around the top making it shoot off and hit someone :))
