The ugly duckling

Last summer, we made friends with this cute baby swan. Every morning, he came around the boat to get some bread. We named him Piupiu... not a very special name, I agree... After all, he was nothing but an ugly duckling.
I don't know what has become of him. I guess, and I hope, he now looks like this...
